After visiting an acting school for children in Hamburg at age 9,
Vijessna began starring in front of the camera.
She had her first role in the crime series "Stahlnetz".
Soon after, her lead role "Natascha" in the "Pfefferkörner" followed, which until this day, has hugely impacted her future career.
Vijessna Ferkic starred in many films for television or movie theatres, for example:
The Reader (dir. Stephen Daldry), Victor and The Crocodile Mansion (dir. Philipp Stennert, Cyrill Boss), Ohne Einander (based on a book by Martin Walser, dir. Dietmar Klante), Beats being Dead ( dir. Christian Petzold).
Her passion lead her to put herself into many different roles to tell different stories.
Vijessna's admiration for storytelling, desired expansion of empathy and creative intuition, as well as the importance of art with its impact on humanity, fuels her with gratitude to continue creative experiences before and behind the camera.
Today, she continues to co-creates with others in multiple artistic areas with the mission of Kalaki Art in mind, heart and soul.
