PAYMENT & REFUND POLICY

DIGITAL GOODS

All transactions for purchase of intangible products, pdf downloads, resource material, and online content are made through payment gateways such as PayPal, Square or Venmo that use SSL encryption. These payment gateways are safe and secure for using all types of credit cards and debit cards in different countries and your details are not stored during this process.

Since your purchase is a digital product, it is deemed “used” after download or opening, and all purchases made on www.kalaki.art are non-refundable or exchangeable. Since the products made available here are intangible, there is a strict no refund policy.

KALAKI ART reserves the right to amend any information, including but not limited to prices, technical specifications, terms of purchase and Product or service offerings without prior notice.

KALAKI ART hereby grants to Client one (1) exclusive, non-sublicensable, non-transferable, license to stream or use the Product.

Client understands and agrees that the Product materials may not be shared with any third party. In the event Company suspects that the Product is being shared with another party, Company reserves the right to immediately terminate Client’s access to the Product.

Client may use the Product for his/her own personal use only.

Delivery of Digital Goods

If you did not receive your digital product or link within the approximate delivery time depending on the product, you can contact info@kalaki.art with your transaction/payment details to ensure your product is delivered as soon as possible.


Live Guidance and Session Services Refund Policy

After a Live Ki Guidance product has been purchased, you have the option to schedule a date and time from the Kalaki Art Calendar for your meeting.
Once scheduled, you will receive a direct confirmation per email. You can reschedule up to 48 hours prior to its original date and choose another date/time in the future.

If you did not receive a confirmation for your scheduled appointment, you can contact info@kalaki.art with your product choice to ensure your appointment is confirmed.

Reschedule or Cancel Live Guidance

If you cancel the appointment at least 10 days prior to the confirmed meeting/date, there will be a full refund minus any credit card or transfer fees that occurred.

If there is a no-show and the meeting was not cancelled at least 10 days prior or rescheduled at least 48 hours prior, there will be no refund.

PHYSICAL GOODS

We accept returns up to 14 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at info@kalaki.art with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.
